The [European Journalism Training Association](http://www.ejta.nl/) has released a handbook aimed at those training journalists to work in multiple mediums.

The “Tri-Medial Competences in Local Journalism” is a three-part publication created to train European journalists to work with converging print/audio/video mediums in the age of the internet. The publication includes a curriculum manual discussing convergent-media competencies, a set of modular materials for teaching the “Tri-Medial Concept” and a train-the-trainers manual to help journalists to organize courses and teach other journalists.

It is available in English and Dutch. Both are PDF.

I have just started wading through it.
